Carl Moyer VIP Funding Program
VIP APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE APRIL 2014
There are various programs available to both independent owner operators and fleet owners of trucks that operate 75 percent of their time within the South Coast Air Quality Management Districts boundaries. (district area)
Attention Small fleet owners (three or less diesel trucks over 14,000 GVWR).
There is a new program out dedicated to the small fleet operator.
The program will provide funding for the replacement of older trucks with dirty diesel engines!

One of these programs is called the Carl Moyer Program. It is funded from vehicle registration fees and is designed to encourage and help fund the replacement of high polluting trucks. This program’s current budget is approximately six million dollars! While that sounds like a lot of money if will go fast! To qualify for the program your truck must be a 1989 or older and have operated for the last three years within the District. The truck must have a GVWR rating of 26,001# or greater. If you believe you qualify please contact me I would be happy to walk you through the process to see if you qualify for the funding to acquire a brand new 2008 EPA compliant truck.
